You can feel comfortable in bringing your jewelry problems or questions to us. We are located at 301 South McDowell Street in the ground floor of the Cameron Brown Building (located right next door to the Adam's Mark Hotel). We share our parking lot with the Adam's Mark, and parking is free provided we validate your parking ticket.
To access the parking lot coming from Kenilworth or Morehead, turn onto S. McDowell St. headed away from Morehead. Immediately after passing the traffic light in front of the Adam's Mark Hotel, turn right into the small drive that leads towards the parking garage. Further parking directions will be provided by the parking attendant in the booth. The parking lot can also be accessed from Third St. just east of McDowell. The entrance is the first drive on the right. The Cameron Brown Building is also located on the Gold Rush Trolley Blue Line route from uptown, with stops approximately every ten minutes.
